With the volume of call I get I usually give a price over the phone specially around Xmas time but I'm finding that if you go out to quote you do tend to get bigger jobs.

Most customers over the phone want only 1 carpet cleaning, you'll be surprised how much they want doing when you go out to quote, obviously you can also get price shoppers that want to use up your time.
