As for the milton. This is how I plan to do it............
When my tank is emptied I will pour some Milton (the same ratio as they suggest on the bottle) into my tank. Then fill up the tank by unscrewing the lid on top of the tank with tap water.
When it is filled up to the top I will then empty it by opening the drain at the bottom of the tank.
When it is all drained out, refill it and then empty it thus giving it a good rinse.
Then refill as normal via the vessels to produce RO water.
By doing it this way I will be avoiding any of the Milton to go the RO membrane or carbon/sediment. Im afraid that the Milton may do harm to them. The only problem with that the hoses that link the vessels will not be rinsed with Milton.
