I am thinking of renting a round that is all WFP
Does any one no what the standard spilt would be ? 60/40 70/30
The amount of work is aprox 2k per month

How Does the final hand over work?

And what happens to all the new work that we will pick up

i rent my domestic round out to a friend. he earns about £180 a day and all i ask for is £45 a day from him. if he picks up new work he writes them down and if he decides to move on i will let him keep the work he has gained

Thanks Crystal

Do you have some sort of agreement in place
so as the payment to you is paid on the turnover
what happens if he is unable to work because of the weather ?
do you still expect to be paid

And what sort of notice has either of you got to give say if he wants to give up or you want it back
Im trying to get some idea of how other guys have based thier business

Cheers Andy
