Nice van, but unsure about the job!

I wouldn't want to handbash the insides, also there's lots of wooden sash Georgian windows with dodgy paintwork.

They won't come up good!

I was thinking the same...there are some horrible looking windows there that will be a nightmare with WFP...the PVC ones are great though...nice van as well

Steve,

I deleted my account and signed up for a new one.  I was something like the third most prolific poster on this site; though I'm an 'old SWEAT' here mind!

It's embarrassing!  I need to get a life!

Now stop embarrassing me; again; and apologise to David for hijacking his thread!

how long it take you?  I do an old house very similar to that for £30 - takes nearly an hour.

I'm not kidding, you honestly wouldn't get much more than that here, each pane (and I counted 34) you would get 70p to a £1 here.  How long you reckon that would take you?

phew - right ok I'll try that next time I get asked to price a job, but seriously, I have priced high many times in the past and have always been told to get lost.

as regards the house below I get £40 for it, takes me 30mins plus the large glass bit is the same on the other side plus another 5 windows
