Hi martin, thanks for your reply, I went to have a look today, there is a total of 6 communals the 1st property is a small 2 storey building containing 3 apartments, did not go into the apartments as the agent just wants the communals cleaned first, it's a small area & just 1 lot of stairs, he wants the entrance hallway cleaning (ie) skirtings, vacuuming,ledges, the stairs will need vacuuming as well as mopping as they have a rubber trim on the edge of them, the landing window cleaning (inside) & the apartment doors wiping down on the outside. The other 5 blocks are 3 storey high, same things need doing, also he wants us too change the light bulbs as and when required. My partner & myself will be doing the cleans twice a month, but with this being our first (letting agent) clean we haven't really got a clue as what price to go in at, we don't want to overcharge as he says he has lots of work for us and also my partner does joinery, plumbing etc & he was very keen on him doing the general maintenance , but we don't want to undercut ourselves either.
