oven cleaning

just getting into oven cleaning & wondered if anyone knew what the best product is to use.

Any info much appreciated.

if you dont want to pay out for training and custom made non caustic chemicals then staples heavy duty degreaser will do the job very well. just be careful around aluminium as being caustic it will cause whitening.

a dip tank doesn't really tell me much tho, can you elaborate?

a dip tank is basicly anything big enough to hold a caustic or non caustic cleaning solution and allows you to leave racks and removable parts to dwell.
most tanks are heated by either gas burners or electric elements. if you allow the solution to heat up to near boiling all the burnt on carbon and grease turns to a soft mush and is easily removed.
