Went out collecting tonight and customer said to me " well i think you have done such a good job i'm putting the price up from £20 to  £25 ".

Now that's a first I've come across where the customer puts the price up for you 

Also had other comments if price was going up, you should do !!

Who said customers are tight.

Last january i did a 20 pound house the customer said every jan i will put it up a fiver so he gave me 25 i was also gobsmacked, went yesterday thought he would forget he gave me 30 and made me a coffee, real nice bloke.
He gave me a 15 pound tip at christmas

mind you hes got 5 of his sons working for him an Austin Martin a Bently a range rover and a mercedes, hes an electrican

hes not tight with all his money hes just a down to earth bloke he doesnt look down on you just because hes well off

I have a customer who puts her own up.
Twice last year she put it up.
She puts it up £1 a time and i say to her that the price is £**
and she just say it was but i now have put it up as you the best window cleaner we have ever had.

Xmas she gave me a £20 and a bottle of grouse

If only i could train the rest of my customers to do it.

i have a customer that always pays me double
its only a small job but still!
and she gave me a large xmas tip

Your lucky with chrismas tips, i only clean shop fronts and a few pubs and only got about 15 quid in tips from my whole round.
and i thought i got on really well with all my customers.
