Here in Germany (near Hannover) the wind is also howling and the rain is beating against my own windows so I have had to cancel most of my work for today  :( It is comforting to know that most of us seem to be in the same boat this week though  ;D ;D

But did you get any work done? ;)

I sat drinking tea till conscience got the better of me, then went out and did a little commercial job (£25).  Violent gusty wind but at least I got it done - went to Faversham afterwards to finish off what I started yesterday - managed to do the three jobs still left in the area so saved having to go back there tomorrow morning.  Just finished when the heavens opened :o

Got home, more tea then at 2.30 the sun's come out.

Too late now - I've lost the incentive ;D

Cheers,

Ian

Argyll - Scotland

Much the same as everywhere else. First thing we had thunder and lightning with the thunder actually shaking my windows. Still wild now.

South Hams - Devon: Very windy but managed half a day cleaning bungalows after the rain stopped blowing sideways.
