I have a commercial job in Coventry which brings in £ 1680 per year or £ 140 per month. The good thing is it is such a doddle to do...It takes me about 1.5 hours every two weeks, traditional. That works out at 3 hours per month for £140.... thats £46.60 per hour !!! It is all under canopy so does not matter if it is chucking it down,  and can be done from 7.30 am up until 8.30 pm. The only problem for me is that I live in North East Notts so it's a bit of a treck which obviously affects the hourly rate. Ive been doing it for about 18 months. Payment is never a problem, paid direct into my bank.
