Strategy for new year

I'm planning to push out some more leaflets in the new year but not sure whether Jan/feb are a bit of a lost cause.
How are other peeps going to play it? (I'm fortunate that I have other things to do that'll bring in enough to live on)
Do I put any marketing effort into jan/feb or spend the time servicing machines, getting paperwork in order etc..etc?

Cal
Yes
Yes
and yes , These months can be quieter, so the more you market the more work you will get.
I marketed Jan & Fed back end Nov and Dec with offers for Jan and Feb.This does 2 things for you.First it reminds them of your services for the xmas period and 2nd it makes them ring for the Jan/Feb offer.I dont get loads of work from it but enough to pay the bills and advertise for the big push in spring.
