question?

gave a newbie a cleaning job, on thursday he has
just phoned .me the customer, is complaing that the carpet,
has riplled and shrunk !
am right in thinking it may stretch back, if he contacts a carpet fitter?
he is not sure what the carpet is made of
me thinks it could be b/w any advice would be appre many thanks

Bubbled should flatten back on its own in a couple of days.

If its shrunk its a job for a carpet fitter.
