I keep trying to write a co-herant risk assessment for our contracts (mostly commercial)

I need to come up with a generic risk assessment then add the other potential individual risks as required.

The trouble is I seem consistant at making a mess of things!! I always ends up in a muddle. Am I trying too hard? looking for too many potential risks?

My cleaning staff think I'm mad training them to mop a floor or vacuum an office carpet...

Does any one have a generic risk assessment I can view?
