Hi There, I am new to this and would like to know how to price a new office clean?
5000sq ft over 2 floors
Workmen finished so
All carpets to Hoover, 4 toliets to clean, 2 kitchens, 16 offices, reception, main office, stairs, and lift
More Glass than EYG
Any advice towards pricing would be greatly appreciated
By the way I live in Humberside if that helps with the pricing
I need to do the quote tonight so they have it Monday morning
Also when pricing by the hour how do I work out what to charge for consumables
I would greastly appreciate any help on this matter as this will be my first office contract
