I applied 3 months ago and the proccess is still ongoing

this is what you need .... to begin with

1. a detailed worked risk assesment
2.a detailed worked method statement
3.company safety policy
4.manual handling documents
5.insurance policy
6.ppe documentation
7.training records
8.equipment maintence records
9.at least 2 refrences

Yes........??? they will have them in theirs files.......and all the window cleaners on here dont use ladders either

I have renewed my membership in July, sent in all the same details as I did  when I first applied, and got it ( just altered the dates to suit new jobs). Have been told I have not given enough details, even though it was the same as last year.

But on the plus side I have had a very big job from it
