Ordered the wrong stuff.
« on: November 22, 2006, 05:19:39 pm »
I ordered some new bits and bobs and they arrived today, but the most important thing I got wrong. :-\

I have always used a 12" squeegee as that's what i'm used to...

However, I didn't know it was 12", and always thought it was 10".
So now now my nice new brass Ettore squeegee arrives, and it's a piddly little thing. ;D
I could almost squeegee the cat-flap with it. ::)

Anyone else made stupid mistakes and ended up with something hopeless? ;D

I went in the wrong door when I got married  ::) I should have been married by the Justice of the piece,

I went through the wrong door and got married by the minister of war. ;D

I once went to live with someone to stop her stalking me but she still stalked me after I left her anyway.

It happens to the best of us Squeaks, mind you I wouldn't bother sending the channel back i'd order a fresh channel, it's not worth sending back, keep it and convert it to a 6" channel instead. It'll only cost you in the long run!

I wouldn't have thought they would deliver just a single channel for £4 would they?

Who did you order it from?
