Disclaimer form

Anyone got a disclaimer form??? Doing a large house on Thursday......... Quality carpets but lounge carpet is creeping away from the Patio and the outside wall at the other end. Want to cover myself as this was £50 sq/yd 20 yrs ago ( he has original reciept ). Top quality pure wool wilton.

I never use a disclaimer....

If you complete your written pre-clean survey fully and discuss any potential problems with the client before cleaning commences a disclaimer shouldn't be necessary.

A digital photograph as evidence of pre-existing damage can be taken if you are really worried

thanks Derek, all on survey and discussed but I don't hink you can be too careful these days  ;)
