Help with Chenile
« on: June 08, 2004, 08:33:30 pm »
Hi

Have a customer with a chenile suite to clean. They have been advised that it should be dry cleaned, but on my recent NCCA course I was informed that it could be wet cleaned!

Before I proceed or take the job, is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction.

Yours hopefully.

Yep same here. Cleaned one yesterday with HWE. Cleaned one once, which the owners thought was very very dirty but in fact was the way the pile had flattened. I explained this to them before cleaning. I did the job and was right. It looked exactly the same after I'd finished.
