I have a number of Pubs coming up for sale ( window cleaning that is)!

Basically they wont come up for sale until end of February but looking for anyone to be interested now and to secure them by deposit so i no i have the sale!

There are 9 pubs in total 5 of them once and month and the remaining 4 every 2 weeks so in total they bring in £295 a month.

Take it from me they are really easy to do i do them myself on a saturday morning start at 9 im done for 11.30 before they open.

Im open to sensible offer for this work i no what its worth so no jokers please !

Also available are 3 Factorys which each bring in £25 each and are just as easy these are open to good offers as well they are normally done on a 4 week basis and are due to be put up.

All work is close together within a 5 mile radius at the very most anyone intertested please feel free to email me with your price
All work is based near the Merry Hill Shopping centre Dudley not far from Brum!

£375 times at least 4 , If i was buying I would give you £1500 depending on the hourly rate.

On average i can get 3 or even 4 of the pubs done in 1 hour normally 3 they are all close togeather and only downstairs

Yeah i thought i would have them rip my hand of for it 

I leave March 29th for good but gotta do a few trips there and back in the mean time just got back last Monday was there for 2 days and due to fly out again 13th feb so a lot of hasstle at the moment sorting stuff out .
