I would suggest posting on the Contract Cleaning part of this forum as you are likely to get more specific responses regarding your enquiry.

I started out with pressure washing drives and patios etc.
Had to develope a window round to keep the wolf from the door so to speak.  Spring time and early summer I was really busy but it has gone real quiet now.
I Have a few fleet cleans which will keep me ticking over during the winter but hope to be busy come spring time.
Quite a few of my window customers have exspressed an interest in patio cleaning etc.
As long as you have a good machine you can make some good money at it quite quickly.  I run a 250bar petrol machine with a whirlaway rotary surface cleaner and a smaller petrol machine.
Good luck if you go for it.

ive been doing jet washing for a few years.
When the work comes in the money is really good!
But its not enough to live on really.
We used to advertise on yell.com, but we didnt get a lot of work from there.
Graffitti removal is good money. You need the right chemicals mind.
It is deffinatly a spring/summer thing also, i do get a few in the autumn, but maybe once or twice a year tops.

I enjoy jet washing personally. More job satisfaction as it takes longer to get dirty than windows!

007 - We are just starting out in Drive Resoration work.
I have sourced a company called Resiblock that will train you (1day).
You can also purchase sealents from them to seal drives to stop regrowth/weeds /moss.
You need to source a powerful powerwasher (3000-4000 psi)
linked to a flat deck cleaner.
We are going to provide our own water as some properties do not have outside taps.
You can spray the drive after cleaning with Roundup (pesticide) but will need H+S info.
Cleaning the drives will be the easy part but to seal, the drive has got to be completly dry (temps between 5-30 degrees) so this may hinder a little
There is a large market for this type of work and you should do well out of it.

Good luck with your new venture.
I will let you know how we get on with ours.
