[Waterless_Cleaning]

Hi My name is Colin Jones.
I Run the Waterless Bike and Car Cleaning Co based in Watford.  I am looking for 1 possibly 2  good reliable valeters and a possible source of labour.  I have contacted the local Job Centre however this has not been very good.  Anyone out there with contacts or needs a job.  The position will be self employed to begin with  a view to full time.  The position will be covering a main motorbike dealership.

I know how you feel I have been interviewing for 4 weeks now and nobody has come through the door that I am happy to hire. I have now gone to a local Agency they want £8.65 per hour plus vat for an eight week period then I can keep the employee or they will work on a finders fee, Approx £300 you might try some agencys locall.

I HOPE YOU FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOU.

I APPROACHED SEVERAL COMPANIES ASKING FOR A CHANCE TO SHOW THEM THAT THO I WASN'T QUALIFIED I KNOW HOW TO USE THE CHEMICALS AND IN WHAT ORDER TO DO THE CLEANING AND I CAN PUT MY HAND ON MY HEART AND SAY AFTER SEVERAL HUNDRED CARS CLEANED WORKING FOR MYSELF IVE ONLY TWICE MISSED A SMALL AREA LIKE FORGETTING TO POLISH ONE WINDOW AND NOT VACUUMING UNDER A PASSENGER SEAT AS I WAS DISTRACTED. IVE BEEN TURNED DOWN BY EVERY PERSON IVE APPROACHED SO I WENT ONE BETTER AND WON SEVERAL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
IT MUST BE REALLY DIFFICULT TO DECIDE WHO IS RIGHT FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND WHO ISN'T SO GOOD LUCK.
