Dont think you are going to get the full JP programme in one manual - his Piranah Marketing plan is more complex than that. The 2002 boot camp discs were given away free at last years Alltec Extravaganza.
Does JP stuff work - YES, to what degree depends on how you apply it all.

The only obvious JP stuff I have come across is the mug shots/I'll clean it again for free adverts in Yellow Pages.
