Was doing some terraced properties today for the second time,as I begin the first one of the customers I was going to clean today opened her door and shouted across saying someone had been a week ago.She had told them she had a cleaner but they said 'Oh he has broken his leg and isnt doing them now' so she let them do the job!!!!!!!!
I just laughed cos what can you do but assured her that me legs are fine and I would catch her next time.Strange though because I do a total of 7 including hers in two streets and the others hadnt been cleaned in the past week and I wonder why they only picked her.She doesnt seem the type to play funny buggers either.Having said all that there is a local cleaner who did hurt himself falling off a ladder and did his leg so they might have thought it was fair pickings but he did that a while ago and I cleaned her in early October but she doesnt seem too clever and let it happen.Painful thing was I took time to sort all the frames out last time as well-bummer.

It's probably just a big mis-understanding mate don't worry about it!

Good point mate, havent been worrying about it but was thinking bout it last night and it seemed a bit peculiar but like you say its nothing to get up tight about. I inherited 4 terraced houses from another street that used to be cleaned by the bloke who did break his leg.I think he is just doing bungalows now but have never bumped into him
Cheers.

Had this myself, but they said i had a heart attack.

Got to the bottom of it , and it was a misunderstanding they had me mixed up with a cleaner who had really had a heart attack.

I've had some of my customers tell me someone had been round and told them that i had given up or passed the work onto them.
Thankfully they know me better than that and turned them away.
