if i use a moss killing agent with acetic acid in it in my bpack will i be able to clean it out properly enough for windows or is this just a bad idea

I would guess so, as long as you wash it out thoroughly afterwards and clear the hose of any impurities, by flushing it with pure water.
Carefull using chemicals though. I've had a nasty experience with them in the past, in a previous occupation.
