New WFP users?
« on: November 04, 2006, 03:04:08 pm »
You must clean them frames, this is a job I won of someone who used a WFP but did not clean the frames as the saying goes - we are window cleaners NOT glass cleaners  ;) (I am going to get stick for saying that  ;D)

So guys , does that jog your memories now , you pick up a new account and they say "Oh you dont use that pole thing do you ?"
How easy does it have to be , we have been lucky enough to not be able to use ladders and there are still some muppets who want to cut even more corners !

And that is a ground floor window too , i think .
Poleman , i bet you have asked who he is and are putting your flyers in his areas as we speak , its not underhanded dealing , he deserves to lose his custom with work like that .
I just wish i came across an operator like that , my round would double overnight .

Indeed its ground floor  ;) I did ask who was the last window cleaner as I probably would know him HOWEVER he didn't say, as it happens its a big block of flats on the coast in Bournemouth and takes all day to do (normal clean) I know the customer from 10 years ago when I use to do his house before he became chairman of the block, I did tell him that the last WFP user should have do the frames to which he said bloody cowboy  :o
