Comments for worse and simplest case scenarios welcome but the above is for the average job.

Hey guys
Do most of you charge more for commercial cleaning than domestic as i always thought you should charge more for commercial??? If this is the case then surely charging 1.50-2.00 sq mtr is abit on the cheap side???
Please feel free to correct me if i am wrong

Yep your wrong!!

I charge £1.50 to £1.65 for Dry Fusion on commercial cleaning but i can do between 800m2 and 1000m2 you just dont get that size on domestic and even if you did you wouldn't be able to do it in 1 day let alone people pay you over £1000 for a days work cleaning their carpets.

im sure i've seen loads of posts on this forum before about people charging in excess of 3-4.50 per mtr and more for commercial. I understand that with commercial you are cleaning much larger areas so makes sense to lower your prices overall, yet i also understand people who charge more for commercial as the work is harder and more time consuming ???

Pubs and resturants Which are classed as commercial i charge £4+ per m2 due to what shaun has said, unsoicable hours and heavy soiling, but i think when you mention commercial most people think of offices etc.
