Carpet Cleaners Conference
« on: October 19, 2006, 08:10:31 pm »
The NCCA Conference/AGM is just a week away now and we still have a few, but not too many, places left. Chemspec, Envirodri and Solution UK will be there (hopefully with Uncle Nick leading from the front) so you'll be able to learn all you want about the new M Power Range, as well as the established products from all three manufacturers.

In the exhibition area, as well as displays from the Associates above, there will also be Prochem, Cimex/Encap, Host, Dry Fusion and Woolsafe.

If you'd like to come along and meet us all next Friday 27th October, just ring our office on 0116 271 9550

Safe and happy cleaning :)

Hi Chris

I've posted extensively about this years NCCA ConferenceAGM here on Clean It Up and also on the other leading UK forums.

But if you missed it then, the venue is Leicester Racecourse next Friday 27th October.  The cost, to include  buffet lunch, is £35 plus V.A.T or just £30 for NCCA Members.

Unfortunately, there wont be any racing on the day, so there's no chance of loosing out on an impulsive flutter at the bookies ;)

Hope to see you there Chris

Safe and happy cleaning :)

Ken,

Is it just non members who pay dreaded VAT.

Was considering coming but realised I would only be entertained for half a day and home to an early bath.

Must do the upholstery exam

Regards

Ian

Ken,

Can you please inform the forum members by giving a rough guide to itinery timings .

Also re Ian's post does everything stop for the AGM or is there 'entertainment' for non NCCA members ?

Cheers

Doug

The days programme, which is always subject to change, is as follows:

09.00 Reception (tea/coffee)

09.30 Seminar One (Chemspec Europe)

10.30 to 11.00 Tea/coffee/networking

11.00 to 12.00 Seminar Two (Envirodri)

12.00 to 12.30 "Networking"

12.30 to 13.30  Buffet Lunch

13.30 to 14.30 Seminar Three (Solution UK)

14.45 to 17.00 Anual General Meeting

For those who do not wish, or do not qualify, to attend the AGM I feel sure that the exhibitors will remain for as long as there is business to be done.  For those who may have more than a few miles to travel, finishing mid-afternoon may prove to be a bonus.

If you want entertainment, you could always bring the family and drop them off at The Space Centre, then join them in the afternoon. Or, when we were on holiday last year, we shared the plane and hotel with six very attractive and lively young ladies who all worked in a Gentlemans Club in Leicester. I'm sure that they, and their colleagues, would like to entertain you if you decided to make a night of it too ;)

As for the fees, of course all invoices issued by the NCCA will contain a V.A.T. element.  But as always, NCCA Members receive a discount. One of the benefits of membership 8)

Safe and happy cleaning :)

Was that the Gentlemen's Club in the red light district of Leicester Ken or was it more to the left?
