How do I get a sparkling plug-hole?
« on: May 05, 2004, 03:46:30 pm »
More help please, while I have my cleaning hat on!  How do I clean a sink plug hole so that it looks sparkling again?  I obviously scrub away at it when I clean the sink, but for some reason the sink plug hole never looks anywhere near as clean as the bath plug hole.

Many thanks,

Carrie

Hi carrie

for this i use a scourer you can use with either a cream bleach, or a limescale remover...oh and some elbow grease of course!

Hi Martin,

thankyou for your reply, but I have already tried scouring it and using Viakal or cream bleach but nothing seems to bring it up as I would like it.  Ah well.... :o

This is not a serious answer.

Buy the Multi Purpose plumers spaner advertised on TV  Take out the old Sink Plug Ho;le and put a new one in.
