The Ryder Cup
« on: September 19, 2006, 09:04:06 pm »
Are there any hardened golfers out there like myself who will NOT be working on Friday ( or Saturday and Sunday for that matter) due to the hopefully successful winning of The Ryder Cup at The K Club in Ireland.

I was lucky enough to play there last year...my god..What an amazing course!!!

Regretably I have to finish off a job, hopefully on thursday but I seriously doubt it. I hope to be home by 4.00 on Friday so should see a bit of it and look forward to the weekend.

Although I desperately want us to win I have serious reservations about Woosnam as a provider of a victory. He started off badly, continued badly and seems to be getting worse.  :(

I'll be working in the morning, playing golf in the afternoon, then watching the Ryder Cup highlights in the evening!

I never work past 12 on fridays anyway, so no different for me.

I'll probably be playing, not watching though...( not in the Ryder Cup mind...) ;D
