Protection Guarantee

What kind of Protection Guarantee do you offer.

ie If you cant remove spot ?

 will return for free

If we cant will refund money paid for protection.

Also how do we stand if protector fails, could customer sue us for new carpet.

So how do we phrase it to avoid this possibility.

To protect a carpet dosn't make it totaly stain proof thierfor if your client spills something that dosn't clean out this is not your fault and you should still charge for your time and experteze. I always say when selling protector that it helps to provent against future staining although not everything is guarenteed to be removed.

I always offer 3 months free stain removal with protector (customers love that). I havn't been called back once. You genrally will find the customers perpared to pay out for it will take good care of there carpets and get to any spills right away.
I always leave a leaflet and explain that it will make vaccumming easier and give you a little more time than normal to attend a stain.
