removing "rounds" on george system
« on: September 17, 2006, 12:08:08 pm »
does anyone know how to remove rounds from the system? i have suspended the jobs, but it would be good to remove the actual rounds from the list.

Im in the process of halving the size of my round, to a much more managable size, its slightly scarey giving up this much work, but ive done my numbers and checked them over and over, and to my reckoning I should earn the same money as i do now but quicker and with half the stress (hopefully), it will be a huge change in my mentality as ive always took on too much work sacarficing lunch breaks, tea breaks and weekends.

Hi Scrimit2
I think you'll find you can't remove rounds as they still form part of your historical financial records - worth checking with Paul, but I'm pretty sure I'm right.
Matt.

All you can do is rename redundant rounds.

I rename reduntant rounds ZZZ1, then ZZZ2, etc, so as they always are at the bottom.

The reason given by Mattstanely is right. Ages ago I e mailed Paul at George and got that exact answer.

Cheers
