hi i am presently being trained by G,L,R,Window Cleaning Services and will be ready in a couple of weeks to go it alone . My queastion is this, is there anyone on this forum who is selling any window cleaning rounds in the Rotherham area,
i am looking mainly at domestic and will be using WFP.

any help will be gratefully accepted

I agree, get out & build your own round. Not saying it will come flying in but the rewards of working for yourslf are the best. Its not easy starting but worth the effort. Good luck mate, we have all been there.

I agree build the round yourself, deliver as many quality leaflets as you can, and follow up with loads and loads of doorknocking. Don't price low just to get the work as you will regret it!

There is nothing more satisfying than building your own round

Also be boring and mention to everyone you know that you are now a Professional Window Cleaner and do they want or know where there are customers looking for Window Cleaners.

Put up adverts in you local shops, pub, chip shop, chinese or indian takeaways, newsagents in fact anywere that makes you visable to the public, most of these places won't charge you even, because you are a customer of theirs.

Also remember don't sell yourself short and charge too little, if you are confident that you are a good cleaner and you can offer a fantastic service for your customers then they won't mind paying a reasonable price for You.

These are my sentiments exactly, building a good round priced at good prices with professional service that commands this, is my goal.
I am now in the process of buying a round of £1200 a month to get me going.
Hope to convert these customers to WFP system ASAP then carry on building it up from there.
Has anyone converted a Traditional round to WFP and did u have any problems?
Any advise would be Appreciated

hi sean i,m in the  process of changing a round that i have bought over to wfp last week i bought 200 houses off a guy that does the window cleaning the traditional way.
Its been hard going with having to do each house twice and work in a factory full time.
i can now give up my full time job which is 4 on 4 off its my last night shift tonight  then i,m a full time window cleaner (bring it on).Going back to  changing over to wfp
to be honest i have brought a friend of mine with me to quicken up the first cleans hes always a house in front of me cleaning the frames which are to me the most important  for you in the long run, and  the new customers (cos you can bet they will check the first time with it being new to them)
I have read many threads about wfp on this site my advice to you is to read as many of them as you can, as i have learnt so much and i would like to thank you all for this priceless advice,

Good on ya mate, i too have left a shift job of 4 on 4 off due to redundancy out of the blue.
So this was not a brave decision like yours for me to make as it was made for me. I have a large circle of friends making a living from WFP systems and this is the reason for me going into WC.

I intend to do my first cleans with a trolley then maintain them with a backpack system which my friends inform me is 30% quicker than traditional method.

I hated working nights and can remember my last night shift, hope WC can keep me from ever doing
one again
