resin storage
« on: September 14, 2006, 08:31:25 am »
Hi all, I have just had a new 25L bag of resin delivered, will only be using 11L to fill my vessel, the last fill lasted me 4 months, what is the best way to store the remaining resin? any tips would be welcome to keep the unused resin in tip top condition.
thanks greg

GSW,

You need to stop the resin drying out. Best way is use a big tie wrap around the top of the bag, and then fold it over and use another tie wrap. Store in a cool place, eg garage.
