Over the last few weeks a number of customers have asked me to quote to strip and seal etc their wooden floors, can anyone tell me about pricing ie a dance floor 18 x 21. Is there anywhere i can look or has anyone any suggestions on time to allow for each stage/ complete job, thanks
Andy

Afternoon Andy,
Total time for job should be about 4hrs, cost would be £323.21 + VAT, this all asumes that the floor is in a fair condition, and does not require stripping more than once!
Hope this helps, best regards Rob.

18x21 what?
metres, feet, yards?
I always believed that when you strip a floor you need to leave it until it is completely dry, otherwise the sealer will turn white if it comes into contact with moisture.
This is the case for hard floors, not sure about wood.
