Up at daybreak fixed my new varistream and new pump to a ply back board and base plate and used it today. Instructions are good too!
Oooh! Luvly bit of kit!

yep, love the varisteam too.
dont want to sound "funny", but did you disconnect the 2 red wires from the bottom of your pump? i have seen many who have fitted the varistream, but left their wires on the pump which means the pump pressure switch has not been bypassed.
im not trying to suggest you may of done it wrong, just trying to help. its an easy mistake to make.

No, I didn't make that mistake - but only because the instructions are idiot proof!

I've been using my varistream for almost a year now. It is superb, never let me down, get my flow rate precise, brilliant investment.
Who do I thank?
"Graham" Nutter on here, but a real gem in the real world
