Pricing Commercial
« on: September 05, 2006, 04:35:03 pm »
Does anyone price Commercial any different to Domestic.

I have been passing on commercial work to a friend of mine over the past as i cannot do early starts due to the kids.

I have had a call today from someone who isn't bothered what time of the day i do it.

Just wanted peoples thoughts of how to price.

I was going to look at the job and price like i would for domestic.

I'm going tomorrow to see building, so i haven't got a clue what it looks like yet.

Any replies would be great.

Craig

Hi

Why not ask your friend who has benefited so much in the past? He must have it sussed!

I'm just after how others on here do it.

I am not sure he prices right as he seems to get most of them.

He asked me to give him a price for a hotel he does so he would pay me out of what he gets, for me doing the job.

I was about £20 - £30 above what he charges the hotel owners.
