A fair price is whatever you willing to pay, "good" well that all depends on your definition, and the where is entirely up to you. The method I use is listed below: -
Take a look on the suppliers web sites or give them a ring, you need the price, the type of resin (always compare like for like), does it include vat & carriage, if not what are they, add them on to the price, write it down on a piece of paper, look at the numbers and choose the best price from the company you trust. If you are going to buy from an unknown supplier ask is the resin fresh, has it been stored correctly, and buy enough with your credit card to be covered by the consumer credit act.
The chances are this method will work.
