Secondary schools
« on: August 29, 2006, 10:03:16 pm »
hello all, i'm just looking for a bit of advice on running school contracts as we have about 5 different secondary schools at present and i'm finding it more and more difficult to keep them running smooth i.e staffing problems, after school classes and annoying headteachers that seem to want more and more for less! so i was wondering if anyone else has these same problems and have new methods that i could possibly give a go!! any help on this would be most appreciated!!! ;D

I once worked at a secondry school, cleaning. This was not via a contract cleaning firm but arranged and organised by the school. The school had the same problems you seem to be experiencing.

Perhaps offering to supply body armour, pepper spray and, of course, a pay increase might help!  ;D
