abbreviations??????

As this section of the site is particularly used by newies, maybe it would be a good idea to place some abbreviations and their meanings here as you "oldies" (sorry i meant "experiencedies"  ;D) seem to presume that we newies know what LM etc are
WELL WE DONT!!!!!!!!
So come on admin help us out

Hi Sheena,

Here's a few I'm sure others will add more.

HWE hot water extraction

LM Low moisture

MS microsplitters ( a marketing term relating to products based on sodium tripolyphosphate without the detergent part of the mix)

NCCA National Carpet Cleaners Association
