WFP - Less Product Water
« on: August 25, 2006, 05:20:12 pm »
Hi All,

My RO system seems to be producing less product water than it has been in the past... Is this a sign of the filters going?

Cheers,
Andy

If your water pressure is the same then I would say yes, it's your filters clogging up and not allowing the water to get through.

Have you back-washed your filters regularly, we do it every Friday religiously.

Quite possibly.  Check the TDS after the RO but before DI as a climbing TDS as well would probably indicate new filters needed.
