« on: August 23, 2006, 07:03:09 pm »
Just a hyperthetical question here, all replies appreciated.Over the last six or eight years
Or more,I`ve done some commercial cleans where the builders, joiners, and gardners
Etc. have left tools and equipment etc.in places where its very easy to fall over and
Be injured etc. etc.If that did happen and it caused you to be off work for any considerable lenth of time,do you claim on your own accident insurance,or do you
See a solicitor regarding putting in a claim against that party because your injury was
Their fault thru` the lack of working to standard health and safety procedures.I know
This topic covers a broad spectrum, but in general what are other members experiences on an issue such as this.

You should always make a claim against you own insurance company, they will claim off the other persons insurance if they think they are to blame.

Each case is different and should be judged on it's own merits.
