Thanks for all your replies and encouragement, it helps that you are all here, still coming in slowly but getting there... have any of you got work from shop window adverts and the like,. even thought of putting a couple of inch box advert in local paper for £18, but i could be chasing my arse for a couple of well scattered jobs, any more idesa how you all did it along with canvassing would be a great help.

Hi Gazza, glad to hear that it is all going well....I will be putting adverts on supermarket advert boards this week....will tell you if it works for me or not.

offer to do a hairdressers/salon for FREE if they allow you to put your business cards on the waiting table.

I've had good response from hairdressers and tanning salons, but don't do anything for free.
