thinking of selling my round

i have been thinking of selling my round in essex somebody has offered me 2 and a half times its value, however somebody else has said hold on because you can get up to 4 times its value. has anybody else heard of this?

It depends on the quality of the round (access, pricing, domestic, commercial etc).  If it's just a normal, OK priced mainly domestic round, then 2.5 times may be OK.  It's like anything really.  If you want a tip-top price for something, you may get it, but you will probably have to wait.

2 weekly u x3 monthly x2.window runs are crazy money now :)

You will get good money for your round (more than 2 & half) if it is...good prices, the work is close together, its been going for many years (good customer base) and is commercial

i've not had enough, just other ventures i can see, rounds worth around two grand per month all within chelmsford, witham and braintree, houses reall well priced from £7 up to £30, been doing them for about a year and half.

id say if its excess work 2.5 times is the going rate.
im in chelmsford and have just sold some work at this rate.it sold more or less the same day which makes me think i may have been able to get more ,but i wanted rid as soon as .
