If its relatively clean already I would just put 50l of pure in there and roll it around a bit to flush it out, if you pressure wash it your still gonna be using tap water

I wouldn't bother washing it out to be honest.
If the water in the tank is reading 30, by the time you have filled it up the dispersal will be so great I doubt it will effect the output. If your really worried run it through a DI vessel quickly on the way to your working tank.
Best wishes,

007,
What's it had in it? If its something nasty then do as Chris says, put some pure water in it, swil it round and empty it, and repeat a couple of times. If it's nothing to worry about then just use it and it will clear slowly after a few fills. BUT check your TDS out of your water maker is not 30 before you waste your time.

not exactly freshwater, if the tank had been used to store viscous liquids then ysyally a swirl around with pure water won't shift it and will continue to leach contaminants into the wateryou want to store, 007 can you find out what was stored in the tank before and post what it is, I should be able to tell you if a quick rinse will be enough - if it is Chrysofluid or mystolene then that'll be fine.

007,
As jm123 says if it a viscous liquid it will be "sticky & oily" and a swill round won't get it out, you will need an appropriate solvent. All goes to show cheap isn't always good.
