Spotless Window Cleaning Supplies

Has anyone had any dealings with this mob? Whilst I appreciate they may offer a decent service as  far as purchasing from them is concerned, god help you if you have a problem with any of their equipment.
I bought 100m of blue microbore hose between Christmas and New Year. I only started using it on January 5th. The hose itself was very stiff and was difficult to reel in as it wasn’t very pliable. On week 6 the hose split, luckily enough it was only about 5 metres from the end, so just cut it off then re attached the EZ snap. 3 weeks later another split, this time I lost about 15 metres. 2 days later another split this time left me with about 40 metres of usable hose.
I contacted Spotless to tell them about the not fit for purpose hose and the receptionist told me Richard would phone me back when he was free. Needless to say there was no phone call from Richard. I phoned again next day and was once again assured that Richard would call me back…you guessed it, no call. I called again the following day asking to speak to the ever elusive Richard…of course he was in a meeting and would call back when he was finished…yet again no call back.
On reading their reviews this seems to be how they treat their customers when dealing with faulty items.

I always use pure freedom for hose, seems to be of good quality.

I say always, the last hose lasted nearly 10 years, and this current hose I’ve  only had for a few months.

I usually buy it from Daqua, but Doug closes in December to go home to South Africa and I needed the hose to kit out my van during the holidays. I replaced what was left of the not fit for purpose microbore hose from Spotless Window Cleaning Supplies with  Daqua’s microbore hose and the difference in quality was very noticeable right away.
