I agree. Simon has now posted at 6.42 pm  talking about snowflakes or some such so he doesn't know when to shut up so I have removed that and the post from earlier.

It'd be a shame if you left as you normally contribute and assist other window cleaners on here.

In the garage yesterday because my mot is due. We all help each other but there is one guy who likes taking without giving much. Later on, my mate had enough of him and told him its a Team Game, if you don't want to be apart of the team then there's no point you being here.

Much the same on here, we are a Team trying to help each other, the more we help each other the better we get. Saw this in the fire service, we may not like someone but we would help them.

About my Xtreme, I will be buying a new 25' and a few top section spares so I always have a spare 25' when it breaks. It means I don't need to struggle with my 22' until I get it fixed. My plan is a spare pole so I don't need to hang around waiting. Then on a Sunday or raining day I can fix the broken pole.

Going to buy another PF SS electric reel in next few weeks. Mighty impressed with the new one I bought 6 weeks ago.

I know i'm preaching to the converted, but have to say i'm quite surprised at how robust the extreme actually is. (already regretting typing that, bound to break tomorrow). I have a 18 foot one for everyday use, been using it for 13 months thus far, and ive dropped it so many time and held my breath, but its still going strong, and still plenty of clamp adjustment room left. I used xline nanos for a while and chose them over the extreme because of price and the multiple reviews on here saying how fragile the extreme is. The price difference between the two is much less these days especially as you no longer get a free brush with xline. Theres not much wrong with the nano but my next pole will be another extreme  for sure.

By the time your electric reel stops working, in 10 to 15 years, then there will be another model that's much better than the replacement your going ti buy the now.

Makes absolutely no sense at all buying a spare electric hose reel incase one breaks. Why wouldnt you jusy buy the motor for them incase it needs changed.

You planning on buying 2 vans instead of the 1 next time incase one breaks too?

Better to have a manual reel as a back up. Those PF reels are around £1000 with vat and delivery.
