How does having 2 electric reels when your a one man band make you quicker unless you've perfected a way of cleaning with 2 poles at the same time.! One of the reels is going to sit there redundant  , and why on earth dont you have a manual reel as a back up and then just order another electric reel when the other one packs in. Given that several on here are saying the PF reel lasts for years, you could well find out its outlasted you if you become unfit to work, what a waste of money that would have been. Im all for having a few spares but thats just nuts.

I agree....he throws money at equipment that he doesn't need and tries to convince us it's gonna make him more money.

My reel in 9 years old now. Still going strong 💪

I don’t believe a word he writes.
He’s got a ‘mate’ for advice or help in every scenario, that he has just happened to see that day! It’s all just made up IMO.
We’re all different and none of us are perfect, but Scottish is a different level.
Hopefully he’ll find another, or return to advising on another forum.

I'm thinking of buying a new van with a new hot water system with a pair of electric reels.

I'll get a second garage built for it and put it in mothballs in case my pole hose springs a leak.

All I have to do is drive home, swap vans and go out again and trouser another ton.

 ;D
It's a game of three halves!

why would anyone need 2 electric reels for a 1 man system?.....
It just don't make sense and is a waste of money ...... or maybe just bragging?
I had my PF reel for many years with no problems in fact and I passed it on the the guy who bought my van and I bet it's still working fine as we speak

The reel came today and now waiting on my 25' pole. I can take a photo of both reels when I fit this one today. One reel will have 130m's of hose and the other will have 100m's of hose. If I find I can run with only 100m's then I will reduce the first reel. I don't use the same reel, I swap over halfway through my list of work that day.
These reels come with a winding handle that can be attached when they fail to work.
Will see how they go but first impressions are good.

Change reels midway through the day to prolong its life? You’ve gotta be on a wind up. Fair play you’ve trolled us all for a while now  ;D
