I used to think sugar caused diabetes but apparently it doesnt so i now happily eat crap everyday... normally have a meal deal, bag of crips, sarnie, fizzy drink and usually some chocolate or cake as well lol
Still only 12 stone odd with a 34 waist though  
No wonder you have no motivation....
Wise up and learn the basics of good nutrition and apply it to your everyday diet and your health will improve dramatically over the course of the next year or so.
80/20 rule is about right(80% good wholesome food,20% junk).
Learn to cook decent food (if you don't already) This is basic stuff every man should do to improve his health and well-being.
