Just got a new slx 18, does me for about 90% of my work now. Soldier on with a slx 25 for the rest of the work. Been meaning to buy an extreme for ages..... but the price of them given its only going to last a year at best....maybe it would make more sense just to slowly drop higher work and become a 100% 18ft. Would certainly make life a lot easier the bigger jobs take it out of me these days.

I ran with my new 18 Extreme today and long scraper on behind brush. Great, much better than the short scraper combo. Raced through my cleaning this morning and trousered well over 2 ton. I would advise anyone, if they can afford it, to buy this setup, I like the red jets but the scraper can save a fair bit of time I have noticed.

So if you experience the same symptoms as I do, then there will come a time when your SLX18 will be too heavy for you.
