Anyone use this brush set up?

I've ordered a new Xtreme 25 pole with 2 x 35cm Xtreme sill brushes(1 flocked,1 stiff) this morning with the smaller jets as I find the flow a bit weak with 4 x standard jets with my current 35cm  ultimate brush even on full flow(and it's too heavy for everyday use). I mainly use this brush for cleaning artwork on a main road but I like the width for lots of window work so I'm hoping these new brushes will be good.

I've also been having problems cleaning some sills as I use a carbon gooseneck so the angle isn't right so the sill brushes should rectify this somewhat.

I also bought a gardiner extra long plastic scraper with scrubbing pad (for carbon goosenecks)as I'm having a nightmare with some work(bee spots and insects poo). Some of my work is absolutely splattered with it! Especially my work near farmers fields

Yes, only use this brush on all poles but the stiff variety. Tried the 1.4mm pencil jets but found them a waste of time. Only ever use the Red 50% fan jets on all my brushes now because they are great for rinsing. never tried to save pure because I have an RO system in van and not on a meter. As for gooseneck, always buy the long plastic one so I can adjust the angle.

I believe this 35cm brush and red jets are the best on the market and nothing comes near this setup. fwiw

Why were the jets a waste of time?Surely 4 smaller jets will increase pressure so the water is not dribbling out?

I hate fan jets,prefer pencils any day

Why do you have an ro in your van ? The water comes out the tap under 20ppm here.

That's my opinion after trying all sorts of combinations. I just found the 1.4mm jets took me longer to clean a window so I saved pure but cost me more time so I ditched them.

Why do you have an ro in your van ? The water comes out the tap under 20ppm here.

In East Kilbride its 37 I think but in Paisley its 70 so I'm borderline. Because no meter I just went for a system with an RO attached which meant I use little resin. I think I use 10Kgs a year of resin so my pure cost is minimal.

There's less flow with red fan jets than 1.4mm pencil jets!

You'll like the 1.4mm jets Daz, they do exactly what you are expecting them to. You get more power with less flow.

It would be even worse with cold water......its always June until the end of August on certain runs  of work...

At least we know the bee populations in these areas are healthy but there might be 30 or 40 spots on one window on some houses. The cars are also covered in them too

I wouldnt clean all that bee poo off id dump it or double the price...

I only cleaned 1 house that had this problem, i cleaned it all on a first clean it took me ages, second time i went it was just as bad so dumped it. Dont really come across it much certainly not like that.

I clean 77 houses on an estate that back onto farmers fields and they are all terrible throughout June,July and August every year (most are cleaned 4 weekly too) Its the best part of a grand a month. I certainly won't be dumping them. It adds around 30 mins each day compared to the rest of the year.

the 1.4 jets are good but that brush on a extreme pole with the scraper and pad may make the pole a bit top heavy
