I tried them before I decided to get my wfp system, but they said they couldn't cover me. I think it was partly down to value of my system, and partly to the fact it wasn't made by ionics.
Who manufactured yours Roy?

Ummmmmmmm

My van insurance runs out next week, I have been quoted £304 fully comp including Breakdown.

I asked about the van equipment being insured. They gave a seperate quote of £114 to insure up to a max of £2000.00. I could make as many claims in a year, Excess was about a £100. The ladders on the roof rack were not insured, Only the equipment in the van. I was still covered while setting up with wfp, If some light fingered Frediee was quick while I was at the back of a house.

Does anyone else insure their wfp goods?

Nel.

They did not ask as mine is a self build.

That probably explains it, mines slightly over that.

I remember I got the details out of the PWC mag, along with another company, and neither of them would insure my system reasonably. I think I got a quote of over £350, just for the system!

Just went to have a look, and I got a 404 error 'forbidden'?
Just wanted to have a ganders at others before I design mine.
